Job Title: Manufacturing Team Member

We are seeking a motivated individual to join the Colgate-Palmolive Villawood Home Care manufacturing team on afternoon shift (3pm - 11pm).

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Team Member is responsible for working in a team to successfully accomplish business objectives:

  • Producing a range of Colgate products including Liquid Home Care and Fabric Conditioners
  • Working safely according to Villawood principles and guidelines
  • Identifying opportunities for Continuous Improvement
  • Solving problems in the manufacturing environment
  • Working in a team to achieve production targets
  • Ensuring product meets all quality specifications
  • Maintaining environmental standards in regard to the manufacture of Colgate product
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and resolve issues
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Requirements:
  • Forklift License essential
  • Trade Qualifications are highly regarded
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment/similar industry highly regarded
