We are seeking a hard-working and vibrant senior chef to provide support to the kitchen team at Sporting Globe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leadership, consistency, teamwork, and producing high-quality food. You will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of our amazing food within a high-volume restaurant and pub environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food.
  • Develop and implement recipes and menus to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.
  • Train and develop junior chefs to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef in a hotel, restaurant, or pub environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures.
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is required.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
