Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities- Prepare and manage documentation for truck drivers collecting cargo from our warehouse yard, utilizing our transport management system.
- Coordinate the arrival and departure of trucks to the yard via two-way radio communication.
- Operate the public weighbridge, accurately recording weights of trucks and other vehicles.
- Manage visitor access to the site, ensuring a secure and controlled environment.
- Liaise with external drivers and the general public, providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and transport management systems.
- Prior experience in the transportation industry is highly desirable.
