Technical Consultant Leader Position
This is a leadership role that involves guiding a team of technical consultants in delivering technology solutions to customers across Asia Pacific.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting and delivery experience, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and leading large-scale customer engagements.
- Foster growth and enablement within the team, while also driving professional development through coaching and mentoring.
- Champion customer transformation by ensuring that solutions align with business goals and drive measurable outcomes.
- Provide strategic and technical leadership to customers, partners, and internal teams, with a focus on driving innovation and adoption in ServiceNow deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technical consultants, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across the region.
- Develop and refine service offerings, best practices, and methodology artefacts to ensure alignment with broader ServiceNow objectives.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement, with a focus on leveraging AI and automation to enhance work processes and decision-making.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a consulting or professional services role, with a focus on enterprise/business transformation solutions.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with a focus on transformation and measurable business value.
- Experience with Now Create, Agile frameworks, or similar methodologies, with a willingness to pursue relevant certifications and continuous learning.
