Managing Disputes Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Claims Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our claims department, you will be responsible for managing disputes efficiently and effectively.
Your input will play a crucial part in reinforcing our reputation as a model litigant and implementing a 'one CTP' approach to dispute management.
You'll be responsible for end-to-end management of formal CTP dispute processes, including internal reviews, liability and threshold matters such as Whole Person Impairment (WPI), treatment and care, earning capacity, and minor injury etc.
In addition, you'll provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve claims practices, outcomes, and lead projects as required.
