Dispute Resolution Specialist

This role involves managing escalations, conflicts or supplier disputes and SLA disagreements. The successful candidate will lead the procurement of suppliers for specialist reports and provide weekly reporting as required.

- Collaborate and participate in the development of the Supply Chain strategy.
- Process supplier and assessor invoices.
- Request specialist reports.
- Manage a specialist reports database.
- Provide QA support for specialist reports.
- Data Entry.
The ideal candidate will have excellent phone manner, strong stakeholder management skills, effective relationship management, excellent time management skills, and ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
