Senior Change Manager – Knowledge Management

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change & Communications Analyst to join their team on a short-term engagement starting as soon as possible.
About the Role- Reorganise and enhance knowledge management sites (SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
- Review and refine policies and procedures to align with best practice
- Support the roll-out of a new change management framework
- Develop and deliver tailored ICT communication strategies and materials
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across the business
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Improve knowledge management practices by refining processes and driving adoption of change initiatives across a large and complex organisation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective change management strategies
- Design and deliver high-quality communications materials to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Strong knowledge of knowledge management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with knowledge management platforms (SharePoint, Teams or similar)
- Proven ability to craft and deliver communications for large, complex organisations
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices
- Ability to build rapport, influence, and engage stakeholders at all levels
