We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team as an Assistant Strata Manager. This role is integral to delivering high-quality strata management services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support in service delivery, including repairs and maintenance, levies, meetings, compliance, and insurance.
- Engage with committee members via email or phone to provide information or handle situations related to their community.
- Maintain accurate documents and records related to the community within a document management system.
- Prepare and update meeting records and documents, such as minutes and agendas, using a digital document transaction system.
Requirements:
- Strong administration or customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and experience using a CRM/Document management system.
- Awareness of property management, strata/body corporate, or real estate principles is beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to build strong relationships.
