Assistant Store Manager

We're seeking a strong leader to partner with our Head Coach and lead a passionate team in a brand new store.

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to be involved in both the retail and fitness space, working alongside the Head Coach to bring events to life and manage the business.

  • Create an exceptional customer experience
  • Support the build and roll out of a strategic community plan that drives growth and advocacy
  • Organise and facilitate in-store events to add value to the customer and drive visitation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales consultants and ensure they have the right product knowledge to educate customers
  • Identify team learning opportunities and deliver coaching
  • Support onboarding of new team members and provide ongoing feedback and development

Operational Excellence:

  • Create daily game plans to inspire and engage the team to drive results
  • Ensure the store is clean, tidy, priced and full
  • A product expert across our entire range of fabrics, fits and styles
