About this role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team in Adelaide, Australia.

This is a challenging opportunity for a hands-on individual who thrives on motivating teams and delivering outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will have management/leadership experience in retail or a related field and proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager in leading a team of 10+ to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results, developing and implementing strategies to drive floor sales and achieve results, and leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.

What you'll need:
  • Management/leadership experience in retail or a related field
  • Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Skills in training, visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security
