Key Job Details

This pivotal role is about designing, developing, deploying and supporting in-house software products. Expertise across frontend and backend frameworks, scalable APIs and microservices, as well as experience working in agile, cloud-based environments are required.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, deploy and support the client's in-house software products.
  • Prioritise and manage work items effectively within a structured work queue.
  • Ensure all solutions follow integration, security and engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Deliver high-quality software solutions using an Agile development framework.
Required Skills:
  • Expert ability to write complex code across backend and frontend frameworks like ReactJS, AngularJS, TypeScript and Golang.
  • Strong experience in building robust and scalable APIs and microservices using Golang (RESTful APIs, Web APIs, GraphQL and system integrations).
  • Proficiency in implementing both SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) with Go and TypeScript frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitLab, Artifactory, Docker, Kubernetes and containerised workflows on AWS.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with testing frameworks including Jest, Testify, Mocha and Cypress for backend and frontend testing.
  • Proven experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary, agile product team.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects to meet deadlines.
