Job Opportunity:

A seasoned supervisor is sought after to lead a team of cleaners in delivering high-quality cleaning services to clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing cleaning staff in the commercial cleaning industry.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and train a team of cleaners to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees and suppliers to guarantee top-notch services.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to address these issues effectively.
- Participate as an active member of the cleaning services team, taking on leadership roles and supervising personnel.
- Oversee work order requests, supply management, labor scheduling, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure Quality Assurance and WHS compliance are upheld at all times.
- Manage chemical stock levels, equipment operations, and machinery maintenance.
- Conduct regular site audits in a timely manner.
- Foster strong client relationships and report on service status and issues.
- Perform tasks as required in a commercial cleaning environment.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing cleaning staff in the commercial cleaning sector
- Proven leadership experience in supporting and guiding teams
- Ability to lead diverse groups effectively
- Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills, with a focus on time management and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills for building effective relationships with key stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and solve problems efficiently
- Skilled in rostering, including shift management and adjustments
- In-depth understanding of the cleaning industry and its processes
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly
- Proficient in computer systems and applications
