Power Generation Business Developer

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to make a significant impact in the Power Generation industry.
- Retain and defend existing customers, and develop new opportunities to drive growth across NSW.
- Sell low Kva generators and High Horsepower (HHP) projects to maximize sales potential within the state.
- Prepare and manage quotes for NSW customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, end users, and consultant customers throughout NSW.
- Develop and execute account plans to build customer relationships and achieve sales goals within the assigned territory or market segment.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of electrical or mechanical principles, with a strong background in engines and/or electrical systems. Previous sales experience is preferred, along with superior communication skills, negotiation abilities, and proficiency in CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset.
This role requires frequent travel throughout metro and regional NSW, offering a competitive salary package, including uncapped sales commission, a tool-of-trade vehicle, fuel card, laptop, mobile phone, and participation in an annual variable compensation program, as well as additional benefits.
