The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. You will support the delivery of data solutions that drive business performance by working closely with senior BI developers and business stakeholders.

You'll be responsible for assisting with project-based initiatives and business-as-usual operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about learning, growing, and contributing to a data-informed culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior BI developers in delivering end-to-end data projects and reports using SQL and Power BI.
  • Provide BAU support for existing BI reports and data models.
  • Assist with ad hoc data requests and stakeholder support.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Maintain documentation and develop solutions using reproducible and maintainable approaches.
  • Support report adoption by delivering user training and proactively identifying challenges and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, working with customer and commercial data to generate actionable insights and measurable impact.
  • Experience developing advanced Power BI reports and SQL scripts.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business judgment.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
