Job Title: Support Services Coordinator
DescriptionThis role is for a Support Services Coordinator who will be responsible for delivering in-home personal care, assisting clients with daily activities, and ensuring a safe living environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing companionship to clients and performing domestic duties such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry.
Daily Tasks:- Providing emotional support to clients
- Performing household chores including cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry
- Organizing social activities to promote client well-being
The successful applicant will also be responsible for managing client care plans and communicating with healthcare professionals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as the Support Services Coordinator will be working closely with clients and their families.
Requirements:- Experience in personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Ability to perform domestic tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of NDIS and Aged Care standards and practices
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification preferred
