About the Role

We're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Marketing and Communication Graduate.

This 12-month program will provide you with hands-on experience in developing effective communications strategies, products, and activities. You'll have the opportunity to work with different areas of the business to identify their communication needs and develop solutions to support business outcomes.

  • You'll assist in the design, development, and implementation of communications strategies, products, and activities
  • You'll research, analyse, identify, communicate, and tailor communications to audience requirements
  • You'll consult and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support business objectives

We're looking for individuals with curious minds, who can demonstrate a passion for Australian Government initiatives and enjoy outside-the-box thinking, sharing ideas, and building relationships.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, or a related discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
