Job Overview

We are seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead our Electrical Projects teams in Perth, working on large-scale mining and industrial construction sites.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading integrated maintenance, engineering, and project services delivery business. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, managing budgets, scheduling, and executing project works. You will also ensure quality and safety standards are met, and that all projects are completed according to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor project delivery teams on technical and quality requirements
  • Manage budgeting, scheduling, and execution of project works
  • Evaluate resource allocation to achieve planned outcomes
  • Oversee external contractors and suppliers' engagement and performance
  • Approve, document, and maximise variations to scope and specifications without impacting client relationships
  • Monitor procurement to ensure work crews have necessary plant, equipment, and materials
  • Ensure projects meet client and statutory quality and safety requirements
  • Conduct regular audits on electrical activities and installations
  • Complete and submit electrical statutory notices and certifications as required
  • Built, monitor, and improve Linkforce's electrical-specific quality systems
  • Analyse and report on performance indicators periodically
About You

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate:

  • Unrestricted WA Electricians Licence (electrical fitting licence not acceptable) or Electrical Engineering qualification (accredited in Australia)
  • Section 44 with aim to complete Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor training
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar role with strong technical knowledge in fixed plant mining or other industrial construction environments
  • Experience completing CMS documentation for on-site personnel and equipment
  • Multi-disciplinary environment experience
  • Able to manage and execute end-to-end deliverables
  • A current Australian Drivers Licence
