We are a leading integrated maintenance, engineering, and project services delivery business with a strong presence in the Pilbara region. Founded in 2007, our company has grown from a small crew of shutdown specialists to an operational workforce of over 2,800 personnel, operating nationwide.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to join our existing Electrical team. This is a hybrid role that requires working from our CBD Head Office as well as FIFO.

The Role

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership to our Electrical Projects teams while working on Australia's largest mining producers and other industrial construction sites. Key responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring project delivery teams on technical and quality requirements.
  • Managing budgeting, scheduling, and execution of project works.
  • Ensuring appropriate resource allocation to achieve planned outcomes.
  • Managing the engagement and performance of external contractors and suppliers.
  • Ensuring all variations to scope and specifications are approved, documented, and claims maximized without affecting client relationships.
  • Monitoring procurement to ensure work crews have required plant, equipment, and materials.
  • Ensuring all projects are completed in accordance with client and statutory quality and safety requirements.
  • Conducting regular audits on electrical activities and installing works.
  • Ensuring all electrical statutory notices and certifications are completed, submitted, and recorded in accordance with legislation.
  • Building, monitoring, and improving Linkforce electrical specific quality systems.
  • Monitoring, recording, analyzing, and reporting on performance indicators on a periodic basis.
  • Utilizing professional networks to increase bid opportunities.

About You

The successful candidate must demonstrate:

  • An unrestricted WA Electricians Licence (electrical fitting licence not acceptable) or Electrical Engineering qualification (accredited in Australia).
  • Section 44 with a goal to complete Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor training.
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar role with strong technical knowledge working in fixed plant mining or other industrial construction environments.
  • Experience in completing CMS documentation for on-site personnel and equipment.
  • Experience in a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • The ability to manage and execute end-to-end deliverables.
  • A current Australian Drivers Licence.

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
