About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Boddington Gold Mine. As an Electrical Project Manager with us, you will be responsible for ensuring all electrical works are carried out in accordance with drawings, scope of works, company standards and specifications, Australian Standards and to the project schedule.

  • You will ensure that all personnel maintain safe systems of work.
  • You will plan activities in accordance with standards and to minimise inefficiencies.
  • You will direct and coordinate the workforce for electrical requirements of the contract.
  • You will have a good understanding of risk management, quality assurance and control.
  • You will participate in safety investigations, reporting and discussions.
  • You will participate in Quality Assurance audits.
  • You will liaise with client and contractor representatives.
  • You will monitor relevant site instructions to ensure costs are captured and agreed to.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will have at least 3 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the heavy construction industry and hold your WA electrical licence. You will have well-developed leadership skills as well as strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.

  • You will have a high level of commitment to safety.
  • You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You will have strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
  • You will have strong organisational skills.
  • You will have well-developed numeracy and analytical skills.
  • You will be able to work both independently and as part of a high-functioning team.
  • You must hold a white Card and valid driver's licence.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 per annum, plus market-leading remuneration, salary sacrifice, novated leasing and additional employee benefits.
