Regional Business Growth Strategist

We seek an experienced Strategic Growth Lead to spearhead the commercial success of our Pharmaceutical Quality Control (PQC) business in the Asia-Pacific (ASPAC) region. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and execute a comprehensive commercial plan, driving growth while ensuring alignment with global marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Commercial Strategy Development: Collaborate with corporate teams to create a customized commercial plan for ASPAC, incorporating valuable insights on customer needs, competitors, and market trends.
- Cascade Initiatives: Gather information from corporate teams and disseminate it effectively to local countries within ASPAC, facilitating knowledge sharing and strategic decision-making.
- Sales Growth and Profitability: Foster sales growth through extensive field activities, ensuring the profitability of assigned business units in ASPAC.
- Local Team Support: Provide strategic initiatives to local teams, including solution launching, business development, customer education, value selling, product demonstration, lobbying, and more.
- Brand Representation: Represent our brand at events, enhancing awareness and customer engagement, while collaborating with scientific affairs personnel to secure solution endorsements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in science or a business-related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Pharmaceutical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical drug manufacturing practices and processes.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record in customer-facing roles, with strong leadership and team leading skills.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus for effective communication with regional stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to thrive in multicultural and matrix environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint, and other productivity software.
