Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer queries and resolving cases in a timely manner.

The role involves providing high-quality service to customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners. As a Customer Experience Expert, you will be the point of contact for all Novated 'in life' customers and will proactively contact customers and internal stakeholders to resolve customer cases and queries.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrated ability in a fast-paced customer service environment. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask.

You will work closely with internal teams to provide seamless customer experiences and ensure that customer needs are met efficiently.
