We are seeking a Senior Project Delivery Specialist to join our Engineering and Design Service Excellence team. This role is responsible for driving the successful execution of programs and projects, with a focus on analysing end-to-end delivery performance, identifying improvements, and providing expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide subject matter expertise advice and support in regard to scoping of program and project works to ensure accurate estimates of scope, schedule and cost.
  • Accountable for driving core program and project responsibilities including resource management, reporting, project governance, and project management methodologies.
  • Establish processes to enhance program and project management standards and procedures using an expert understanding of best practice.
  • Lead specialised Joint Planning teams and working groups, building a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Identify and actively manage project assumptions, risks, issues, and dependencies associated with delivery.
  • Develop, maintain, and drive required governance frameworks and associated processes for Programs and Projects.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or related discipline.
  • Industry accreditation in planning and or project management principles.
  • Broad and extensive knowledge and expertise in portfolio, programme, and project management and or delivery.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong working relationships at all levels of an organisation.
  • Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, complimented by highly developed influencing skills.
