About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Reliability Shift Lead to join our team at our Berkeley Vale manufacturing site on the Central Coast. As a key member of our Manufacturing Reliability team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and maintaining high levels of plant reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise maintenance coordination and activities on designated shifts to meet expectations for line servicing and service protocols.
  • Provide high-level customer support to the Production team while achieving plant reliability goals.
  • Offer technical assistance by training and troubleshooting to maintenance and manufacturing employees.
Requirements
  • A strong leadership/supervisory background with the ability to maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of demonstrating constructive behaviours within the workplace.
  • The capacity to influence the performance of all employees in the Maintenance Team, communicate directly with production and operations departments, and oversee asset care.
  • Demonstrated skills in developing, promoting, and maintaining constructive relationships with customers and stakeholders through delivering quality customer service.
  • Ability to plan and implement plant improvements and expansions.
  • Experience in conducting employee performance reviews and coaching employees to enhance competency, knowledge, and contribution of maintenance technicians.
  • Strong WHS policies and procedures implementation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A relevant trade or engineering qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in food or beverages manufacturing environments.
  • Supervisory, mentoring, or coaching experience.
  • Demonstrated conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
