We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit Senior Professional to join our team at EFinancialCareers Ltd. As a key member of our Internal Audit function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Develop and maintain a robust risk-based internal audit plan that identifies and assesses risks to the business and achievement of our objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and control enhancements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to management and other stakeholders on internal audit findings and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure our internal audit processes remain effective and efficient.
- 3+ years of experience in internal audit or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and objectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- CA, CPA, or CIA certification, or equivalent experience.
