Private Capital Manager Role

We're seeking a skilled Private Capital Manager to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will work with leading entrepreneurs, private equity-backed companies, and founder-led businesses.

  • Develop strategic tax planning and structuring advice for inbound and outbound groups.
  • Provide post-deal taxation services and ad-hoc tax advice to acquired corporates.
