Customer Service Representative

As a key contributor to our team, this part-time position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional sales and customer service while supporting the growth and success of the location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage car rental contracts from start to finish
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, vehicle check-ins and outs, and process Rental Agreements as needed
- Ensure timely processing of accident and damage reports
- Coordinate daily fleet availability and maintain organized records
- Provide top-notch customer service to valued customers
- Perform regular vehicle detailing, refueling, and transportation between locations
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure vehicles meet Europcar quality standards
- Monitor oil levels and tire pressure for optimal vehicle performance
Requirements:
- Superior communication skills and a positive attitude
- Professional presentation and computer literacy skills
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
- Flexibility to adapt to rotating shift rosters, including weekends and public holidays
- A valid Australian driver's license and current work rights
