What to Expect:

We focus on educating, demonstrating, and engaging customers in all things dirt bikes.

Our unique integration with the onsite warehouse gives customers access to a vast range of dirt bike gear, parts, and accessories, along with expert advice and real-time inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily showroom operations and team performance.
  • Manage staff scheduling, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and team member retention.
  • Control stock and minimize losses.
  • Use data to improve efficiencies and make informed decisions.
  • Track KPIs for continuous improvement.
  • Develop sales strategies that align with business goals.

Essential Attributes & Skills:

  • Effective leadership and communication.
  • Experience with POS/EFTPOS/NETO systems.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume retail environments.
  • Goal-driven, organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Skilled in customer service and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
