Customer Experience Leader

As a seasoned leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and maximizing profit goals for a specific store. Your team will rely on your expertise to deliver exceptional customer service, and your knowledge of products will be invaluable in providing excellent sales service.

You will oversee all aspects of the Customer Experience, including store operations, training, employee management, visual merchandising, and asset protection. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume all managerial duties, leveraging your leadership ability and experience in a customer-facing sales setting.

This is an opportunity to shape the future of our retail environment, where no two days are ever the same. You will need to be adaptable and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly evolving omni-channel retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coaching and motivating your team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered and collaborating with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
  • Delivering sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations
  • Serving as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership
  • Maintaining awareness of all product knowledge and current or upcoming trends
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales setting
  • Confidence in engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivation to achieve great results through enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products
  • Resourcefulness and versatility in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing retail environment
  • Ability to initiate completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
  • Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis
  • High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
