Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support investigations into congenital heart defects and cardiomyopathies in children with rare genetic disorders. This research opportunity will involve conducting in vitro experiments, including stem cell culture, cardiac differentiation, and data collection.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in vitro experiments, including stem cell culture, cardiac differentiation, and data collection.
  • Perform routine laboratory procedures and assist with equipment maintenance and calibration.
  • Maintain detailed records of experimental methods, results, and protocols.
  • Manage lab inventory, including ordering and tracking laboratory supplies.
  • Support preparation of reports, publications, and presentations related to research findings.
  • Comply with safety protocols and established research procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Biological Science or related field.
  • Experience with cell culture, ideally hiPSCs or hESCs.
  • Solid knowledge of molecular biology techniques and standard lab procedures.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
