About the Role:
This position plays a key part in our efforts to enhance supply chain collaboration with customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing joint initiatives that result in improved service, supply chain efficiencies, and cost savings while increasing customer communication and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Reporting, reviewing, and communicating customer delivery-in-full-on-time (DIFOT) results and issues
- Implementing strategies to reduce impacts on customer DIFOT, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Collaborating and leveraging optimization opportunities between Beiersdorf and its customers on supply chain topics to improve service, costs, and customer satisfaction
- Providing operational support for business managers
- Working with the customer service specialist to manage and maintain system-related requirements
- Aligning with all parties for peak promotional sales requirements to coordinate customer service activities and provide transparency to third-party logistics providers
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly skilled individual with:
- A minimum of 5 years' work experience, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods
- A solid understanding of supply chain and customer-related processes
- A high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize
- Proficiency in building relationships
