Our team of experts in project cost planning is seeking an Infrastructure Estimator to join our KPMG's Project and Program Delivery group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cost estimating services to clients across various sectors.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Estimator who can develop, assess, and manage costs estimates on infrastructure projects. If you have a strong background in cost estimation and quantity surveying, this could be the ideal opportunity for you to take your career to the next level.

Your primary responsibilities as an Infrastructure Estimator will include:

  • Developing comprehensive cost estimates for infrastructure projects, including mechanical and electrical (M&E) and building/property disciplines;
  • Presenting and engaging with clients at all levels to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and deliverables;
  • Managing cost estimating databases and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information;
  • Utilizing industry planning, cost, and project management software systems (such as CostX);
  • Establishing project details, including baselines, performance measurement baselines, key milestones, work breakdown structures, and resource planning;
  • Providing contract administration and commercial management services for capital projects.
