Assistant Manager Car Wash Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at our car wash facility in Brisbane. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the business, including staff rostering, banking, and administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a team of up to 12 staff in a fast-paced environment, as well as experience in process-driven business models. You will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a happy disposition with high organization.

As an Assistant Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations, including open and close of business, staff rostering, banking, and administrative duties.
  • Staff induction, mentoring, and training.
  • Following and implementing process and procedure protocols.
  • Ensuring the continuity of outstanding customer service and quality control.
  • Maintaining exceptional optical cleanliness of the site at all times.
  • Assisting with preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Developing customer relationships.
  • Workplace Health & Safety management.
