Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Guest Services Coordinator. As the welcoming face of our park, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Process guest check-ins and outs efficiently
    • Accurately use the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
    • Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
    • Provide guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest
    • Complete day-to-day office administration tasks
  • Requirements:
    • Previous front office experience within the hospitality industry
    • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
    • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable reservation booking systems
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
    • Current driver's license essential
