Electrical Engineering Technician Position

This is a full-time permanent position that involves working on electrical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs. As an Electrical Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, erecting, testing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and components in line with industry best practices, company standards, policies, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and time management skills, be self-motivated, and able to work independently and as a member of a team. This role may also involve leading small teams or groups and training new members.

In terms of required skills and qualifications, the successful candidate will need to have an Associate's degree in electrical engineering technology or similar, as well as a minimum of two years' experience as an electrical technician in a related industry. They will also need to have extensive knowledge of electrical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs.

Other important skills include adherence to Workplace Health & Safety and Quality procedures, ability to work within a team environment, good communications skills, demonstrated integrity and good presentation, professional work attitude, and superior attendance. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and focus on details is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree (preferred) and recent and relevant experience of 3 years (preferred). Work Authorisation: Australia (preferred).
