Talenza's Digital Transformation Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Talenza, specializing in digital transformation for global or institutional banking. This is a rare chance to be part of a greenfield program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of transaction banking products and online banking channels, with a focus on FinTech digital products and omni-channel implementation.
  • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to drive digital and technology domain experience.
  • Implement SaaS products, with a preference for end-to-end technology delivery, covering design, build, test, and implementation.
  • Apply Agile practices, including backlog management, prioritization, user story definition, and refinement.
  • Conduct business process improvement, data analysis, customer journey mapping, and business requirements gathering.
  • Facilitate workshops, elicit critical insights, and develop collaborative working relations with stakeholders.
  • Manage large projects, form requirements, plan delivery milestones, and create project artefacts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in E2E business analysis tasks, from requirements gathering to solution implementation.
  • Strong facilitation and elicitation skills, with a track record of successfully conducting workshops.
  • Strong and diverse experience in large projects, forming requirements, planning delivery milestones, and creating project artefacts.
  • Stakeholder Management and Communication: Identify stakeholders and develop collaborative working relations.
