Compliance Program Manager

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee and enhance our compliance program in Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

The successful candidate will ensure business practices and activities align with local laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and systems to promote a proactive compliant culture.
  • Oversee the implementation and governance of the Group's Compliance program, driving continuous improvement to ensure enforcement within ANZ.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and report on findings.
Requirements
  • High level of integrity with strong ethical values.
  • Broad business experience with ability to influence business decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills to support strategic decisions based on local legal, business, and market environment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Legal, or Compliance.
