About the Role

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance framework that aligns with all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.

  • Publish detailed compliance reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A tertiary degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior compliance or regulatory role, preferably within healthcare or medical services.

  • A strong understanding of clinical governance, audit cycles, and regulatory reporting.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
