National Retail Lead

This is a high-level leadership position with strategic and operational responsibility for our retail network across Australia. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing multiple retail locations, driving sales growth, and developing high-performing teams.

Job Description

The National Retail Lead will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing the national retail strategy to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Leading and inspiring a team of Store Managers to achieve exceptional customer experiences and sales performance.
  • Fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across the retail network.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of retail strategies with company goals and objectives.
Requirements

To succeed as a National Retail Lead, you will need:

  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and operational excellence in a multi-site retail environment.
