Job Title

As a National Retail Manager, you will be the strategic and operational leader of our retail network across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of Store Managers across a growing network of stores.
  • Drive sales performance, profitability, and operational standards across all retail locations.
  • Develop and execute the national retail strategy in line with the company's vision and goals.
  • Foster a customer-first culture, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience in every store.
  • Deliver on KPIs and sales targets while identifying opportunities for process and service improvements.
  • Partner with Buying, Marketing, and eCommerce teams to ensure alignment of in-store execution with brand campaigns and product launches.
  • Oversee new store openings, refurbishments, and expansion planning.
  • Lead the training, coaching, and development of retail leaders to build internal capability and succession planning.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Retail Manager, in either an area, state or national role, or similar multi-site leadership role.
  • Strong track record of delivering sales growth and operational excellence across multiple stores.
  • Inspirational people leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with commercial insight and retail agility.
  • Exceptional communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, and growing environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and engage with store teams nationally.
