Front Office Supervisor

Job Description

The Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking a seasoned Front Office Supervisor to lead its front desk team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to step into a leadership role at a picturesque resort location.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the front office team to deliver outstanding guest service. You will welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out experience. Additionally, you will support daily operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in a front office or similar supervisory role, with strong team coordination and people management skills. A solid background in hospitality, ideally within a hotel or resort environment, with a sound understanding of front office operations and guest service excellence is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service abilities, with a calm and professional approach, even during busy or challenging situations.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, to meet the operational needs of the resort.
