
Digital Transformation Risk Specialist

As a Risk Lead, you will play a critical role in championing our enterprise risk framework and driving compliance across various business units. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and maintaining risk profiles, leading risk assessments, and improving risk awareness and culture within supported business units.
You will work closely with business unit leadership teams to increase risk maturity and provide challenge to proposed risk mitigation solutions. Additionally, you will assist with regulatory and internal audits, and facilitate control attestation processes.

- Embed risk discussions in recurring forums to increase maturity, ownership, and understanding.
- Review open actions with risk and control owners and update reporting regularly.
- Compile and submit RAS Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for monitoring.
- Provide feedback on key enterprise risks every two months for ARC reporting.
- Review BU risk profile and update risks/causes/controls/actions as appropriate within the GRC System.
- Co-ordinate submission of KRIs for key risks in BU risk profiles.
- Able to deliver multiple initiatives/projects simultaneously and autonomously with a sense of urgency.
- Possess polished written communication skills.
- Demonstrate ability to improve risk awareness and culture within supported business units.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Relevant experience in risk management and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
