Job Title: Development Coordinator

Job Description

This is a dynamic and challenging role that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in fundraising and marketing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in managing databases and coordinating events.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the fundraising and marketing program, including managing the donor database, coordinating special events, and providing administrative support to the Development Department.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and five years of non-profit development, administrative and database experience required.
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High level of computer literacy and experience managing a donor database preferred.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media management a plus.
