**Job Title:** Senior Manager of Regulatory Operations and Strategic Regulation
The National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority is seeking a senior industry professional to lead its regulatory operations and strategic regulation divisions.
- Managing a functional team of technical experts to ensure safety, health, well integrity, structural integrity, and environmental matters meet legislative requirements.
- Providing authoritative advice on environmental science, risk management, management systems, and safety.
- Collaborating with executive directors and/or deputy CEOs to plan and secure resources for effective regulatory operations.
- Improving the effectiveness and efficiency within divisions through ongoing assessments and optimization strategies.
- Maintaining oversight of regulatory powers and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
