About the Role The ERA is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join the Monitoring and Licence Compliance team on a 12-month fixed term contract with the possibly of extension/permanency.
The successful candidate will help support electricity, gas, and water licensees meet their regulatory obligations.
This role involves interpreting regulatory standards, providing clear and informed advice, and developing recommendations, determinations, and decisions to support and enforce compliance where necessary.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, along with experience in regulatory policy analysis and professional writing.
They should be able to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and contribute to a collaborative and innovative team environment.
A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively within a small team are essential for success in this role.
