Lead Mental Health Team to Deliver Comprehensive Care

About the Role:

  • This key leadership position involves leading a team to deliver contemporary mental health services as part of the Senior Leadership Group within Central Queensland.
  • Clinical expertise, operational management, and leadership will be applied to a team of specialist mental health positions working across various locations in Central Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality care plans that meet the needs of clients.
  • Lead and manage a team of specialists to deliver mental health services.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications and registration with the appropriate registration authority to practice in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or Registered Nursing.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, including experience in clinical governance and quality improvement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
