Job Overview

Delivering high-quality healthcare solutions requires a multifaceted approach that prioritizes accuracy, trust, and patient well-being. By fostering connections between people, science, and health, we can simplify complexity, empower decision-making, and drive better health outcomes.

As a key player in our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing clients across the pharmaceutical, medical technology, and consumer wellness sectors. Your role will involve leading programming initiatives that span B2B and B2C health marketing, policy, advocacy, and engagement efforts, as well as corporate communications, reputation, and risk management.

  • Partner with established pharma/med/healthcare clients to develop and implement robust communications strategies and programs aligned with their business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to promote, protect, and evolve client brands by proactively identifying opportunities or effectively managing risk.
  • Lead client relationships, manage day-to-day contacts, and regularly interface with client contacts to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Oversee and nurture bold, transformative work while providing strategic counsel to help clients achieve their communication and business goals.
  • Contribute to the development of our Health team by sharing market/industry insights, best practices, and continuous learning and development opportunities to foster a thriving performance-driven culture.
  • Thoroughly understand our consulting processes/approaches, services, and global capabilities to identify opportunities to expand client engagements.
  • Demonstrate the value of these offerings to clients and lead in their planning and execution.
  • Contribute to the winning of new client business and organic opportunities within your existing client base.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and active commercial management of your accounts.
  • Uphold our values and behaviors in all aspects of your work and conduct.
