About Us

This project requires collaboration across planning, policy and procurement teams. Data and technology play a key role in developing innovative transport solutions.

The Customer Strategy, Technology and Innovation division leads the development of long-term strategies, plans and policies across NSW. We leverage data and insights to drive innovation and build partnerships.

About The Team

The Brand and Marketing branch creates engaging campaigns to drive behaviour change, improve safety and encourage public transport use. We're looking for a seasoned Portfolio Marketing Manager to join our team.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced marketing professional to develop, deliver and advise on high-value communication and engagement strategies for key programs and projects. You'll partner with senior managers to develop communications that support agile working practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-performing team that balances complex needs and priorities.
  • Partner with senior managers to develop and implement communications strategies.
  • Leverage your experience and knowledge of the business to provide strategic advice and guidance.
  • Manage the delivery of strategic communications and engagement activities.
  • Develop effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers and partners.

What You Will Need

  • Extensive experience in implementing communications strategies at senior levels.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Journalism or a similar discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and under direction.
  • Self-motivated and decisive with a can-do attitude.
