Marketing Specialist Role Overview

This role involves spearheading the development and implementation of cutting-edge marketing strategies to drive innovation in the gaming industry.

The Strategic Marketing Leader will oversee marketing execution across multiple channels, both online and offline, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience for end-users.

This position will collaborate closely with various functions within the Regional Team, Cluster Category Manager, eCommerce Marketing Manager, Account Manager, and other supporting roles to drive strategy into action.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a comprehensive approach to the consumer journey, encompassing digital, PR, social, partnership, point-of-sale, localization, and more.
  • Create and execute digital strategies that drive business growth by optimizing the digital marketing mix and increasing traffic to Etail pages across multiple platforms.
  • Lead the development of high-quality POSM and optimize local digital assets to enhance retail/etail visibility and brand awareness.
  • Owning overall marketing insights, reporting, and tools, including KPIs setup and measures on ROI, to ensure successful measurement and derive actionable insights from results.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to drive success in the gaming business, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
Your Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or brand management function of the consumer goods industry
  • Strong leadership skills and comfort level challenging existing processes and norms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence brand strategy across the organization and with distribution partners
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability based on data-driven analysis
  • Experience in managing and tracking category marketing budgets
  • In-depth experience in understanding customer preferences, attitudes, and other factors influencing marketing plans and campaigns
  • A positive attitude with unquestionable integrity, able to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization
