We are seeking experienced HR professionals to join our team as Senior HR Business Partners, supporting the operations of our organisation in Whyalla, South Australia.
About Your Role- Build and foster strong relationships across operational business units
- Provide solid HR advice and solutions at both a strategic and tactical level
- Drive annual HR processes including performance and remuneration review cycles, talent mapping and succession planning framework and processes, employee engagement survey and workforce planning
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Psychology, or any other transferrable people focused discipline
- Proven HR experience, with or without heavy industry experience
- Experience working with ER and IR issues in a unionised environment
- Sound knowledge and working experience with Australian employment law
