We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to provide quality support across various projects.
This role involves providing technical advice and assistance to project teams on all quality related activities, including selecting and tailoring specifications and instructions, implementing quality management systems, and performing material inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise to ensure quality control and compliance with governing standards and client specifications
- Assist project staff to develop and implement quality plans and inspection test plans
- Conduct material inspections and register complaints received and non-conformances identified
- Liaise with client inspection representatives and compile records of quality assurance and qualification
Requirements:
- Welding inspection or supervisor's qualification preferred (Minimum WTIA IWI, CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent)
- NACE 1, 2 or 3 certification
- iCorr certification
- Relevant QA/QC experience within the Australian Oil and Gas sector
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations relating to quality and their application
- Full Australian work rights, with no restrictions
- Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative approach
